_Perfect Exercise with Paintballing
_One of the most played sports in the United States is paintball. Think about it, who would not have fun going around shooting people with paintball guns while also trying to avoid getting hit. If you are actively playing games like Call of Duty of Battlefield, you might want to check paintballing out.
Paintballing can either be done solo or with a group of friends. As long as you have a decent paintball gun you will be good to go. Well, actually you will also need paintballs since this is the ammunition used by your gun. One great thing I did discover about paintballing is that I hardly got hit when I played. Also, if I did manage to get hit I wouldn't really feel it since I had so much adrenaline pumping through my veins.
When I played paintball for the first time I was exhausted at the end of every match. I definitely recommend this as a great exercise option. Depending on where you go to play, there might be certain rules you have to follow, for safety of course. For instance, you cannot ever, ever, ever! take off your protective mask when you are playing. There will always be people who complain about this rule but it does save a lot of people from getting hurt. At the end of the day no one was hurt because they have followed the easy directions.
I did end up with a lot of bruises but all came from actually playing. I was able to keep playing and not feel them till I got home. Personally, I had a lot of fun and cannot wait to go back. I lost some weight and made a couple of new friends, so it was indeed a great day. Regardless, if I would have had fun or not, any new experience is always worth it.
Next time I do go, I might want to check out other type of paintballing gear such as a better vest or even a better hopper. A hopper is the container that is attached to your gun that holds all of your ammunition. Some of the more experienced paintball players would tell me that if you have a good hopper you can have a decent gun and still perform very well. These guys however, have been playing since they were small, so maybe they have skill and can use any gun they choose.
Soccer is still my sport of choice, but I will never forget this experience. If I keep practicing I might actually be good at it.
